Open Access Policy

The Journal of Economics and Management Sciences provides immediate open access to all its content, promoting the free exchange of knowledge. All articles are available for reading, downloading, copying, distributing, printing, and linking without prior permission from either the publisher or the author, provided that proper citation of the source is given.

 
Publication Fees

The journal operates entirely free of charge. Authors are not charged any fees for submission, evaluation, or publication. The publication process is fully funded by the Faculty of Economics, Commerce and Management Sciences.

 
Licensing & Copyright

All articles published in the journal are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits others to share, adapt, and build upon the work for any purpose, including commercial use, as long as proper credit is given to the original author(s).

Authors retain copyright of their work and grant the journal the right of first publication. They may archive the final published version in institutional repositories or other scholarly platforms, provided that acknowledgment of initial publication in this journal is included.

 
Archiving

The Journal of Economics and Management Sciences archives all of its content through the ASJP platform, which ensures long-term digital preservation of scholarly research and provides continuous access to manuscripts for researchers and academics.

 
Plagiarism Policy

The journal adheres to the highest standards of academic integrity and originality. All submitted manuscripts are screened using the Detectia system to ensure they are free from plagiarism and to maintain the reliability and quality of published research, in accordance with international peer-review standards.

 
Corrections and Retractions

The journal corrects any genuine errors reported by readers, authors, or editors as soon as possible, provided the errors do not invalidate the work. A timestamp marks all corrected articles. If significant errors affect the integrity of an article, the editor will retract it with a clear explanation for the retraction.

All authors must disclose any financial or personal relationships with institutions or individuals that could influence their work, including non-financial conflicts (academic, ideological, political, or personal). This ensures transparency and allows readers to assess potential biases. All conflicts should be reported at submission and included in the acknowledgments section.
