Submit & Author Guidelines
JEMS is committed to ensuring transparency, fairness, and academic integrity. All manuscripts are submitted exclusively through the ASJP platform. The editorial office conducts an initial screening to ensure compliance with formatting, ethical, and scientific requirements. Manuscripts that fail to meet these conditions are administratively rejected before peer review.
Authors must rigorously format their manuscripts according to the official JEMS template before submission. Below are the key typographical and structural requirements:
Main title: Sakkal Majalla (15pt, bold). Body text (English): Times New Roman (12pt, 0.88 line spacing). Body text (Arabic): Sakkal Majalla (13pt, 0.88 line spacing).
Required in both English and Arabic. Maximum 150 words. Must be concise and exclude citations, abbreviations, incomplete sentences, figures, or tables.
Exactly 5 keywords must be provided, followed by the JEL Classification Codes.
Must include: Introduction, Main Headings/Subheadings, Methods and Materials, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, Appendices, and References.
Bibliographic sources must strictly follow the APA (American Psychological Association) style.
The journal implements a double-blind peer review system to ensure impartiality and anonymity of both authors and reviewers.
The standard evaluation period is 60 days from the date of submission. Authors can monitor progress through their dashboard.
After acceptance, manuscripts undergo final editorial and linguistic review to ensure clarity, coherence, and stylistic consistency, without altering the scientific content.
Authors are required to sign the Declaration of Authenticity and Grant of Author's Copyright (Letter of Undertaking). By signing, authors confirm the work is original, unpublished elsewhere, free of plagiarism, and grant the journal exclusive publication rights while accepting full legal responsibility for the content.
